United Domestic Workers of America (UDW/AFSCME Local 3930) is a union made up of over 171,000 home care and child care providers throughout California. As a union of women and people of color, we fight for the issues that impact our families and communities: racial justice, disability justice, gender equity, immigrants’ rights, affordable housing, and communities free of police violence.
