On July 27, 2022, the House Natural Resources Committee passed H.R. 2021, known as the Environmental Justice for All Act. Chaired by Rep. Raul Grijalva of Arizona, EJ for All codifies Executive Order 12898: Environmental Justice by making environmental justice a law and aligns with our mission and values. The Act is currently being decided on in the House. We wrote a letter in support of the bill.
